All sales are considered final and we do not entertain refund request except for these situations:
- Event is cancelled due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances.
- If you accidentally make the same payment by clicking more than once or due to system error. If our system records a duplicate transaction, we require your verification within 14 days upon your refund claim.
Note: In this case, the refund is only made after we receive detailed information about your error, requested by our support staff, such as screenshots of error messages, log files, detailed descriptions of your actions, file samples, etc.
Any shipping and handling are not refundable. Re-selling a ticket for profit/commercial gain without the express permission of Tattoos.com.sg will make it void and the holder may be refused entry or removed from the venue. In addition, tickets bought from unauthorized sources may not be valid and admission to the event may not be permitted.
Tickets purchased online must be collected at the entrance of the events ticketing counter. You are required to print and produce your purchase confirmation proof together with your credit card used for this purchase for verification for collection of entry tickets. Failure to produce the necessary documents may void you entry to the event.

booth online purchases are subjected to final approval of Tattoos.com.sg. We will contact you by email or phone for full refund if required.
Tattoos.com.sg reserves the right to make necessary changes to the advertised event in the event of unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances. Tattoos.com.sg is not responsible for the failure of an artiste to turn up for an advertised event on the website or placed advertisements. We shall not take any responsibility or be made to face a legal case over the failure of such artiste performing at the event.
